Last Workshop for a Couple of Months

Photo of the first circuitbending workshop, by Bill T Miller

Tonight is the the last workshop for a few months. So make sure to come out if you want to work on something! This is also a special event, because it will be the last Noise Night to take place at the current Willoughby and Baltic community space, which is where it all started.

Where will it go? To the NEW Willoughby and Baltic community space, which will be part of the 9,000 square foot facility the W&B is moving into this weekend. The new facility will allow for more room, more tools, and more people to take over the world do cool things in. I'm super excited about it.

On top of that, tonight is the first night I'm opening up my own bending supplies store, and allowing people to purchase items in quantity. Before, you could always get a single pot or knob from me, but now, I've got a full inventory of everything your bent heart could desire. Well, maybe not everything, but certainly enough to do some major mods to whatever you are working on. I've also got some Easy buttons left over from the Maker Revolution that I'll teach people to bend.

Sadly, I've still not finished editing the videos from last month. I shot over an hour of footage, and I just haven't had time to get most of them done. I'll try and get them up in the next week or two.

So come out tonight to 195g Elm St, Somerville MA (right in Davis) and say hello. Bring a toy to bend, a kit to build, a project to show off, or just come by to see what's up. It's always a great time, with great people doing great stuff. Like always, the event is free, and BYOB. Donations are welcome, and are given directly to the W&B.
